“I scheduled a dryer repair on Apex Appliance Repair's website early in the morning around 5 AM and requested same-day service in the afternoon. They were incredibly responsive and managed to send a technician by 1 PM the same day! The technician, Ruvim Kowaliuk, was friendly, professional, and very efficient. “Walter came out from Apex Appliance today and fixed a problem that the installers caused on our fridge over a year ago It’s surprising what you’ll live with, but the professionalism, speed, confidence, and cleanliness with which Apex completed the repair makes me definitely regret waiting as long as I did. They had an appointment available the same week, they arrived when they said they would, they called 20 minutes before, and left me with a fully operational fridge, including fixing something I didn’t know was wrong.I cannot recommend them enough!”

“Prompt service and complete honesty from their technician Ruvim. Due to multiple issues with my 12 year old washer we are proceeding with the purchase of a new one. “This company over books and then lies why they didn’t keep their scheduled appointment. Their window for appointments is 5 hours and with all this lead time they still don’t show. When questioned they lie and attribute their failures on weak excuses. I would never deal with these unethical people again.”

We're confused by this review. We received a call from this number that disconnected, so we called back - as we do with all dropped calls to ensure no one with an appliance emergency is left stranded. When that call also disconnected, we tried once more. Only then were we told the original call was accidental. We had no way of knowing it was a misdial. We were simply following our policy of returning missed calls, which has helped countless customers with urgent repair needs. Leaving a one-star review for a business that politely returned your call seems unfair. This review doesn't reflect any actual service experience with Apex Appliance Repair - we simply returned what appeared to be a customer call. We encourage those seeking appliance repair to read reviews from customers who have actually used our services and experienced our professional work and commitment to helping people. We'll continue returning disconnected calls because that's what responsible, caring businesses do.
